Job summary

Engage Education is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor for a SEND/PRU school in Littlehampton. The role involves supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, working with colleagues to keep lessons on track, and feeding back to teachers and parents.

You will support pupils with Autism, SEMH, ADHD and other learning needs. Ideal candidates are outgoing, proactive and capable of building strong relationships with pupils.

Qualifications

• One-to-one mentoring and group support experience recommended.
• Ability to engage pupils and maintain focus in a busy classroom.
• Strong communication with teachers and parents is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
• Work with other staff to engage pupils and minimise disruption
• Provide feedback to teachers and parents
