Zusammenfassung

Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Team Leader Occupational Therapist to support the Experts at Hand model across schools in Hull. The post combines operational management, clinical leadership and specialist OT expertise to help schools meet children and young people's needs.

You will provide OT consultation, training, and coaching to education staff, promote inclusive practice and support participation in school activities, including sensory processing and motor skills

Qualifikationen

Leadership experience in occupational therapy settings.
Ability to provide supervision and professional development.
Experience delivering training and coaching to education staff.

Aufgaben

Provide high-quality clinical care in line with NHS guidelines and professional standards.
Lead and manage the Experts at Hand pathway, including supervision of clinical staff.
Offer clinical leadership and contribute to service development and partnership working across health, education, and local authorities.
Evaluate clinical effectiveness using evidence-based practice and outcome measures.
Ensure achievement of key performance indicators within the service model.
Attend and chair meetings, adapting communication for stakeholders.
Support the Clinical Lead and deputise as required.
