Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Hillingdon Grange. You will deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention to pupils in collaboration with education staff, following OFG Ways of Working and maintaining a pupil-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree and HCPC registration.
• Registered RCOT member.
• Experience delivering OT in educational settings preferred.
• Experience with neurodivergent learners and SEMH needs; transferable skills.
• Strong OT theory knowledge and independence in practice.
• Experience collaborating with multi-professional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a school environment.
• Good report writing skills.
• Interest in sensory integration; SI training preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Work with education team within OFG Ways of Working.
• Hold an OT caseload with clinical supervisor support.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation.
• Support CPD goals after probation.
