Job summary

Outcomes First Group are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Bricklehurst Manor School in East Sussex. You will deliver bespoke OT assessments and interventions to pupils within an education setting, collaborating with the education team and Lead Clinician.

A caseload will be held with support and opportunities for staff training. Essential criteria include HCPC registration, RCOT membership and allied health qualification in OT.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration must be valid.
• RCOT membership required.
• Experience with neurodivergent learners or SEMH in school settings preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Interest in sensory integration or SI training is preferred, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Hold an occupational therapy caseload with supervision and guidance from Lead Clinician.
• Collaborate with education teams to support pupil independence.
• Provide staff training and consultation as required.
