Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join Manor House School. You will deliver holistic therapeutic care, conduct assessments, develop bespoke interventions and prepare documentation, while training staff and coordinating with other services.

Join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to creating a safe, stimulating environment for students. The role supports flexible term-time and requires a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• OT degree and HCPC registration is essential
• Awareness of sensory integration approaches is required
• Experience with children and/or adults with intellectual disability/autism is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and resolve conflicts effectively

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and personalised interventions
• Prepare reports and sensory profiles and document clinical work
• Provide training and information to staff, commissioners and other agencies
