Job summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust seeks an Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) to deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people across schools and healthcare in England. You will work within the Bedford MHST, contributing to whole-school and whole-community approaches to mental health.

The role is within a dynamic CAMHS service, offering a stepped model of care and collaboration with schools, families and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering EMHP or similar in schools or CAMHS.
• Postgraduate qualification in EMHP or IAPT pathway.
• Registration with UK health professional body as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based interventions in educational and health settings.
• Develop and deliver whole-school approaches for mental health.
• Collaborate with Bedford MHST and wider CAMHS network.
• Provide system-wide changes to support young people’s wellbeing.
