Job summary

Qualifications

• Trainee EMHP developing clinical skills with supervision and support.
• Knowledge of delivering low to moderate mental health interventions in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Be supervised and assessed as a trainee to deliver outcome-focused, evidence-based interventions for CYP in schools.
• Develop and document plans with children, young people and educators; record progress and outcomes.
• Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and manage routine caseload with supervision.
• Maintain confidential, compliant records and CPD tracking as required by the post and training.
• Signpost referrals to specialist services when needed and work within local pathways.
