Job summary

The successful candidate will work with schools to support children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties and their families in self-management of presenting challenges. • Experience of working with children and young people in educational or clinical settings.
• Ability to develop and deliver evidence-based interventions for CYP in educational settings.

• Complete comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, care plans and reviews.
• Deliver interventions to support children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
• Collaborate with schools, families and education colleagues to develop intervention plans and outcomes.
