Job summary

Place2Be is seeking a Family Practitioner for London South & Bexley. This permanent, peripatetic role supports children and families across several primary schools, delivering parenting interventions and linking with school staff.

You will travel between sites, with some remote delivery (about one day per week), and work with clinicians to help families access mental health support. A level 4 diploma in Health and Social Care, Early Years or Counselling and Psychotherapy is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a level 4 diploma in Health and Social Care, Early Years or Counselling and Psychotherapy.
• Experience in family support services or early years settings delivering parenting interventions.
• Willingness to travel across multiple boroughs and work with school-based staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parenting interventions with parent and child together.
• Travel between schools to deliver face-to-face sessions.
• Collaborate with school staff and clinicians to support families.
