Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Mansfield is seeking an enthusiastic CBT Therapist to join the Mansfield & Ashfield MHST. You will deliver evidence-based CBT interventions to children and young people in educational settings, with some remote delivery where appropriate, assessing referrals and developing formulations.

You will manage your own caseload, work within a multidisciplinary team, receive regular supervision and CPD, and contribute to service development and quality

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CBT to children and young people.
• Knowledge of NICE-aligned CBT approaches.
• Engagement with schools and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess referrals and determine CBT suitability.
• Develop formulations and deliver tailored CBT interventions.
• Manage a defined caseload within the MHST.
• Collaborate with schools, families and partners.
• Participate in supervision and CPD.
