Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic CBT Therapist to join the Mansfield & Ashfield Mental Health Support Team (MHST). The role involves delivering evidence-based CBT to children and young people, primarily in educational settings, with some remote delivery; you will assess, formulate, and deliver tailored CBT and work within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or Accredited High Intensity Worker.
• BABCP accreditation required or actively working towards it.
• Experience in mental health services and working with risk.
• Ability to work within a target-driven service and meet agreed targets.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage referrals for CBT in children and young people.
• Deliver evidence-based CBT interventions within educational settings and remotely where appropriate.
• Develop formulations and treatment plans and monitor outcomes.
• Provide specialist CBT guidance and supervision within a multidisciplinary team.
