Questar III BOCES is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the vacancy of School Attorney. The candidate must possess the following knowledge and skills:

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from a nationally accredited law school AND five years of progressively responsible experience with complex legal issues, involving education law, civil service, and labor / employment law, including two years of leadership and/or management experience with a proven record of results. Must be admitted to the Bar to practice law in New York State. Questar III BOCES will offer a competitive salary dependent on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
