Swanwick Hall School is seeking an Attendance Officer to work with the Pastoral Team, families and external agencies to improve student attendance and punctuality. The role is office-based with occasional home visits and involves monitoring attendance data and contacting absent students.

The successful candidate will be discreet, professional and able to engage with a range of people, including students, families and external organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in attendance management and safeguarding
• Ability to engage with families and external agencies
• Discrete and professional when handling sensitive information

Responsabilités

• Monitor student attendance and punctuality.
• Contact absent students and liaise with families to improve attendance.
• Prepare and implement attendance plans in collaboration with pastoral team.
• Support safeguarding processes and data handling with confidentiality.
