Swanwick Hall School seeks an Attendance Officer to support students with attendance and punctuality, working with the Pastoral Team, families and outside agencies. The role includes monitoring attendance data, contacting absent students and implementing plans to improve regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance data and contact absent students to improve attendance at school.
• This is an office-based role but some home visits will be required and safeguarding duties apply.
