Salary (Actual Salary): £23,914.61 - £25,859.03

Working Pattern: 37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday, Term Time only, plus 10 days

This role blends operational duties—such as conducting home visits and late gate patrols with essential administrative support, requiring resilient engagement with students and parents to address attendance barriers.
