Job summary

Supply Star Recruitment Limited is seeking an Assistant Cook for a friendly Coventry school. You will assist the Cook with the preparation and serving of nutritious meals for pupils and staff, ensuring high standards of food hygiene.

You will follow all allergen and health & safety procedures, help rotate stock, and work as part of a dedicated school catering team with regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Previous catering or kitchen experience desirable.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work in a school environment.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
