Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Art / DT Technician for a welcoming Croydon school. This full-time role supports art and design & technology lessons, workshops and classrooms.

You will prepare materials, organise equipment, ensure safety and help students and teachers deliver creative projects in a collaborative environment. A relevant degree is preferred; opportunities for professional development and progression are offered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organise and maintain materials, tools and equipment for Art and DT lessons.

• Manage stock levels and order materials and resources when required.
• Provide practical and technical support across the Art and DT departments.
• Contribute to a positive, creative and engaging learning environment.

Location: Croydon

Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week

Are you an experienced Art / DT Technician looking for an exciting opportunity in a welcoming and inspiring school environment?

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Art / DT Technician to join a lovely school in Croydon. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong practical and technical knowledge across Art and/or Design & Technology, and a genuine passion for supporting creative learning.

A relevant degree is preferred, alongside excellent organisational skills and the ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
