Zusammenfassung

Unique School Solutions are recruiting School Administrators to support a number of South Yorkshire schools, including a Multi Academy Trust. The roles cover reception duties, fielding calls, greeting visitors, deliveries and general admin in term-time schedules.

The positions are temporary with a view to temp-to-perm after 12 weeks; start ASAP; pay £14.61–£15.00 per hour via PAYE; locations include Rotherham, Sheffield and Barnsley.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a school environment and using school systems such as Arbor, SIMs, Bromcom and ParentPay.
• Strong IT skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience handling confidential data.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work under direction or with initiative.

Aufgaben

• Cover main reception and field calls, greet visitors and receive deliveries.
• Handle admin tasks across school admin processes.
• Support colleagues with essential admin duties and data entry.
• Maintain professional standards and confidentiality at all times.
• Adapt to a variety of temporary assignments across schools in South Yorkshire.
