Job summary

Milk Education are recruiting for a School Administrator to join a Secondary School in the Gateshead area. This term-time role starts ASAP and suits someone with strong organisational skills and experience in a busy school office.

Responsibilities include managing the reception, answering calls and emails, maintaining pupil and staff records, supporting attendance reporting and liaising with staff, parents and external agencies. DBS required or willing to apply.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a school office or busy administrative environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident IT skills, including use of school systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

School Administrator

Milk Education are more than a supply partner - we are a community of educators. We are currently recruiting for an School Administrator to join a Secondary School in the Gateshead area. It would to be to start ASAP on a term time basis.This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience working in a busy administrative or school office environment.

School Administrator Responsibilities

  • Managing the school reception area and acting as the first point of contact

  • Maintaining accurate pupil and staff records
  • Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
