Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting for a School Administrator to join a friendly Primary School in Nottingham on a long-term basis starting in September.

You will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors, managing the reception, handling telephone and email enquiries, maintaining pupil records and attendance, supporting the leadership team, and using SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom to keep records up to date.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a school environment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom is desirable.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
  • Friendly, professional and approachable manner.
