School Administrators – Cambridgeshire
We are looking for dedicated and proactive School Administrators to support client schools throughout Cambridgeshire. This full‑time role requires working from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Ensuring school security by controlling access and issuing ID badges
- Handling confidential information and data in line with school policy
- Organising induction for new families, including school tours
- Updating and distributing school communications across platforms such as the website, social media, and newsletters
- Maintaining school diaries, calendars, and club paperwork
- Assisting with stock control, ordering supplies, and general office maintenance
- Producing reports and updating SIMS and other management systems
- Collecting and processing money for school meals and trips

Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a school office
- Specific knowledge of school management information systems (SIMS)
- Clear understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Strong attention to detail and a flexible approach to work
- Holder or willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS clearance
- Eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
