Job summary

Prospero Teaching seeks a proactive school administrator to provide day-to-day support across the school in Merseyside. You will help with reception, emails and calls, keep accurate records and assist teachers with resources and classroom prep.

Working with pupils and staff, you will contribute to a positive learning environment, with opportunities for long-term roles and ongoing CPD through Prospero Learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school, education or admin setting is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Confident with IT and school databases.
• Professional, approachable and reliable.
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support.
• Assist reception, emails, calls and general enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and support school systems.
• Support teachers with classroom prep and resources.
• Work with pupils and provide learning and pastoral support.
• Assist children with additional needs where required.
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and the wider school team.
