Insight Select Limited is seeking a commercially driven Development Executive / Insurance Broker to join its growing Schemes division. This role offers a predominantly remote/hybrid setup with occasional travel to London and the chance to build and nurture your own client book within a specialist commercial insurance market.

You will develop new business, leverage relationships, and work with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions, becoming a trusted industry specialist.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales background with a track record of winning new business.
• Deep knowledge of commercial insurance and related markets.
• Established networks and the ability to connect with senior decision-makers.
