You will oversee performance, maintain documentation, and drive scheme governance. With a strong underwriting background, you will identify opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and lead in specialist insurance sectors including charities,

Qualifications

• Strong underwriting knowledge from consumer or commercial insurance.
• Ability to interpret data and MI to spot trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication to insurers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape new scheme propositions and enhance existing products.
• Oversee scheme performance and maintain high-quality documentation (guides, binding authorities).
• Support renewal discussions and performance reporting with insurers.
