Codi Group is recruiting a Scheme Support Officer for Marins Close in Rhondda Cynon Taff. You will support up to 15 residents to build skills for tenancy independence and access external services, delivering personalised support and engaging activities.
Sleep-in shifts are part of the role, with dedicated spaces provided. You will work alongside a team to promote wellbeing, belonging and positive outcomes for residents in need.

As a Scheme Support Officer at Marins Close, you'll play a vital role in supporting up to 15 residents to build the skills and confidence they need to maintain their tenancy and move towards greater independence.
Working closely with each individual, you'll provide personalised support, help them access external services and opportunities, and encourage positive outcomes tailored to their needs.
You'll also create and deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities that foster a sense of community, wellbeing and belonging. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference by empowering residents to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Part of your role will also include sleep-in shifts at the scheme, where you will be provided with a secluded area that includes a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen facilities.
