Innovus is seeking a dynamic Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in New Milton. You will manage scheduling of site visits, coordinate with property managers, and ensure our team is set up for success. The role reports to the Business and Performance Manager and requires presence in the New Milton office at least three days a week.
The ideal candidate will drive performance by tracking SLAs, KPIs, and maintaining accurate documentation to support billing and customer satisfaction.
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday

You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing the scheduling of site visits, coordinating with property managers, and ensuring our team members' set up for success. You’ll be the go‑to person for all things scheduling, helping to drive performance, meet SLAs, and deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.
This role reports to the Business and Performance Manager. There is a requirement to work from the New Milton office a minimum of three days per week.
