Job Description: Scheduling Assistant, Newcastle-under-Lyme

Responsibilities:
  • Manage effective and efficient scheduling for site colleagues
  • Create daily work schedules
  • Participate in projects with provided instructions and site information
  • Plan geographical routes for maximum efficiency
  • Liaise with tenants and clients to arrange work
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and colleagues to ensure timely job completion
  • Develop strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Address issues within set timeframes
