A leading IT service provider in Hatfield is seeking a Scheduler to manage scheduling tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role requires SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain it, and experience with Microsoft Office and SAP is preferred.
We are recruiting for a Scheduler for a leading IT service provider based in Hatfield.
Ideally you will have current SC Clearance, if not you must be eligible to obtain it.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office - particularly Outlook and basic Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Interpersonal skills - able to build rapport with immediate teams but likewise able to pick up the phone to Engineers/Resource Managers
- Someone who is proactive and also able to deal with the demands of a busy role at times
- Element of problem solving skills
- Able to learn new systems - We use internal systems iRequest and SAP
This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35.
