  • Salary: £26,000-£28,000 per annum + benefits including 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Parking, Pension, Life assurance
  • Office Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm
Description:

Our client, a market leader based in Tunbridge Wells, is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Co-ordinator / Scheduler to join their team. The role involves supporting the Client Services, Maintenance, and Remedial Works Teams through scheduling, administrative support, and coordination of engineers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
  • Support maintenance and remedial teams with scheduling and administration.
  • Maintain schedules, create job folders, and update management software.
  • Coordinate engineers and subcontractors, including RAMS creation and procurement.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm access and job readiness.
  • Track job progress, ensure reports are completed, and handle customer feedback.
  • Prepare RAMS and permit-to-work documents.
Requirements:
  • Experience in maintenance, scheduling, engineering, or facilities management.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance management software.
