A leading healthcare provider in St Albans is seeking an operational management support professional for their Outpatient Booking and Request List scheduling team. The role involves scheduling appointments, ensuring patient confidentiality, and compiling service reports. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. The successful applicant will provide efficient and comprehensive operational management support to the Outpatient Booking and Request List scheduling team and Outpatient Reception teams.
Core hours: Two days a week, 15 hours total: Tuesday and Friday, 8 am – 4 pm (half-hour lunch break).
