Where will you be working?

M Group Water

This role is within our Demand Management and Network Infrastructure team, managing 60 million meters and providing advanced metering solutions to help control demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?

• Owning all planned work, ensuring teams arrive prepared and on time.
• Prioritizing tasks effectively, allocating resources safely and efficiently.
• Managing orders within client SLA deadlines, optimizing travel, and increasing team productivity.
• Providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Using client systems in real-time to assign and record work accurately.
• Offering constructive feedback, solving challenges, and driving improvements.
• Prioritizing safety and reporting issues according to company procedures.
• This position involves working various shifts between 7am and 7pm on weekdays and 7am to 4pm on weekends.
