Job Title: Raw Materials Planner

Role Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the raw materials planning function.
2. Order proteins, including fresh and frozen raw materials.
3. Process requests for increases or decreases in a timely manner.
4. Identify and communicate issues related to supply, shortages, and intake.
5. Calculate requirements for materials to be backloaded.
6. Monitor short shelf life on a daily basis.
7. Confirm receipt of purchase orders with suppliers.
8. Book frozen stock into the local storage facility.
9. Answer office calls and liaise with customers to understand their needs.
10. Be flexible to undertake additional tasks as required by management.
11. Assist team members during absences such as holidays.
