We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Helpdesk Scheduler to Join our Bradford Schools Account at Integrated House, Tong High School Site, Westgate Hill Street, Bradford, BD4 6NG
The salary is £26,383 per year.
The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week.
Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the Bradford Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 10 schools (7 secondary and 3 Special Educational Needs).

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.
What you will do:
• Ability to programme, allocate and co-ordinate work Tasks using the CAFM system
• Answer telephone calls and emails
• Allocate the correct level of work to ensure SLA's are met
• Ensure records are maintained and updated regularly so it can be reported on
• Carry out jeopardy management, ensuring forward planning is carried out where possible
• Ability to multi-task, answering calls whilst scheduling work
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to attend School Sites as required to support the Operational Team
What you will bring:
• Proven ability to manipulate systems and databases
• Able to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, within all levels of the business, and to external parties such as the client and tenants
• Ability to give day-to-day direction to all team members
• Able to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels
• Excellent customer liaison skills
• Problem solving
