The Recruitment Group is looking for three organised, reliable and detail-focused Scanning & Artwork Processing Assistants to join a friendly team supporting a range of exciting fundraising projects.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with children’s artwork, helping to prepare it for print and ensuring every piece is carefully processed from start to finish.

As a Scanning & Artwork Processing Assistant, you'll be part of a small and dedicated team working under the guidance of the Lead Administrator. When new artwork packs arrive, you'll be responsible for carefully scanning and processing each individual piece, ensuring everything is correctly prepared and ready for print.
This is a hands‑on role where attention to detail really matters. You'll be working with children's artwork, including drawings, paintings and crayons, so you'll need to handle each piece carefully and be comfortable getting stuck in! You'll generally work independently, while also playing an important part in helping the wider team meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of work.
This isn't your typical office or warehouse role. You'll be working directly with children's artwork, from colourful paintings to crayon drawings, helping transform their creations into finished printed products. The environment can be busy and demanding, but it's also friendly, rewarding and varied.
