Job summary

At Atlassian, we are seeking a Scaled Adoption Program Manager to orchestrate engagement roadmaps across our global customer base. You will work with CSMs to deliver live Workshops, Office Hours and multi-region content, driving value from adoption initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success programs, Digital Customer Success or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Loom end-user use cases.
• Experience establishing cross-functional alignment across product, sales, support, marketing, and solution partners.
• Experience using Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau and data tools to drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to run programs that deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build quarterly and annual engagement roadmaps tied to adoption outcomes and company initiatives.
• Adapt content for customers across global regions and languages.
• Define KPIs such as MAU lift, cloud migration acceleration, feature utilization.
• Respond to field requests for new feature launches with real-world use cases by industry.
• Build audiences by product behavior, personas and team types.
• Measure improvements based on event attendance, sentiment and impact.
• Deploy AI and automations for personalized events and distribution.
• Turn successful events into automated learning journeys with Digital Success Managers.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer teams to share materials and avoid duplication.
• Partner with Marketing to amplify events and optimize experiences across channels.
