Job summary

Figma in London is seeking a scale customer onboarding lead to design and deliver onboarding programs for a high volume of commercial customers. You will partner with sales, marketing and enablement to evangelize the program and drive onboarding closeout.

You will use metrics and customer feedback to identify new initiatives, develop training content, and act as trusted advisor across a large customer book, enabling product adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing customers through onboarding or implementation of technical products.
• Experience working with many customers at one time and driving toward outcomes.
• Demonstrated comfort speaking to customers across personas and seniority.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage scale customer onboarding programs for a high volume of commercial customers.
• Partner with sales, marketing and enablement to develop and evangelize the program within Figma.
• Guide customer goals and drive onboarding closeout.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Sales to build scalable customer programs.
• Report on metrics and customer feedback to assess onboarding impact and identify opportunities.
• Develop content and enablement resources for training and product adoption.
• Advise on product and industry practices to inspire new use cases.
