Job summary

Figma is seeking a Program Manager, Scale Onboarding in London to design and deliver scalable onboarding experiences for a high-volume customer base. You will partner with sales, marketing and enablement to build effective programs and drive customer success from onboarding through adoption.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering complex programs in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This is a full-time, London-based position.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience onboarding or implementing technical products for customers.
• Ability to manage many customers concurrently and drive outcomes.
• Strong time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage scale onboarding programs for a high-volume commercial base.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and enablement to evangelize the program.
• Guide customer goals and drive onboarding closeout.
• Work with Marketing, Operations and Sales to optimize scalable programs.
• Report on metrics and feedback to assess impact and identify opportunities.
• Develop content and enablement resources for training and adoption.
• Advise on product and industry best practices across a high-volume book of customers.
