Job summary

Westburn Te Kura o Hereora invites three teachers to join our full-time, fixed-term team for 2027 to cover teacher leave. Placement will be in Phase 2 or Phase 3 (Years 4–8). We are a full primary school with a collaborative staff and a positive learning environment.

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher
English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts

Westburn Te Kura o Hereora is seeking three enthusiastic and committed teachers to join our team for 2027. These are full-time, fixed-term positions to cover teacher leave, with teaching placements in Phase 2 or Phase 3 classes.

We are a full primary school with a stable, supportive and collaborative staff. We pride ourselves on strong relationships, high-quality teaching and learning, and providing a positive and inclusive environment where both tamariki and kaiako can thrive.

We are looking for teachers who:
