Qualifications

• Strong experience with VMware vSphere 6.7 (ESXi & vCenter).
• Proven experience in production support environments.
• Solid troubleshooting skills across compute, storage, and networking layers.
• Active SC Clearance (essential).
• Ability to work onsite in Corsham 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on administration and support of VMware vSphere 6.7 environments.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents within a live production environment.
• Support BAU operations across virtual machines, storage, and networking.
• Manage full VM lifecycle (provisioning, cloning, migration, decommissioning).
• Monitor cluster health, including HA/DRS configurations.
• Perform performance tuning across virtual infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot host, datastore, and networking issues.
• Apply patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Work within secure SC-cleared environments.
• Provide out-of-hours and weekend support.
