Job summary

Viqu Limited in London is seeking an SC Cleared Business Change / Transformation Consultant to support the delivery of a Target Operating Model transformation. You will work with HR, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to design roles, plan workforce transitions and manage consultation activities required for the new operating model.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a HR role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Current SC clearance or eligible to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organisational change activity across multiple stakeholders, including HR, Legal, employee representatives, and trade unions.
• Collaborate with relevant experts to support the delivery of detailed design and transition planning.
• Support role evaluation and grading processes, ensuring consistency and quality of submissions.
• Prepare consultation materials, impact assessments, employee communications, and supporting documentation, for organisational change programmes.
• Support leaders and managers through consultation processes, including preparation for consultation meetings and handling associated administration and follow-up actions.
• Track actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
