• Demonstrable HR experience across change programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Current SC (Security Check) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organisational change activity across HR, Legal, employee representatives, and trade unions.
• Collaborate with relevant experts to support detailed design and transition planning.
• Support role evaluation and grading processes, ensuring consistency and quality of submissions.
• Prepare consultation materials, impact assessments, employee communications, and supporting documentation for organisational change programmes.
• Support leaders and managers through consultation processes, including meeting preparation and administration/follow-up actions.
• Track actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
