VIQU IT Recruitment is seeking a SC Cleared Business Change and Transformation Consultant in London. The role focuses on organisational design delivery, workforce transition, and consultation activities to implement the future operating model.

You will work with HR, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders across the business to ensure changes are delivered compliantly, on time, and with quality across role design, workforce planning, and governance.

Competenze

Demonstrable experience in a HR role.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building across functions.
Proven organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
Current SC (Security Check) clearance.

Mansioni

Coordinate organisational change activity across multiple stakeholders, including HR, Legal, employee representatives, and trade unions.
Collaborate with experts to support delivery of detailed design and transition planning.
Support role evaluation and grading processes, ensuring consistency and quality of submissions.
Prepare consultation materials, impact assessments, employee communications, and supporting documentation for organisational change programmes.
Support leaders and managers through consultation processes, including preparation for meetings and follow-up actions.
Track actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
