Morson Group in London is seeking an experienced Technical BA/Architect who can bring architecture and analysis capability within a policy environment. The role is outside IR35, a 6-month initial contract, with hybrid working.

You will handle technical scoping, evidence gathering, technical analysis, intervention design, drafting and stakeholder engagement to support government programs, with active SC clearance required.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture and business analysis within a policy environment.

Responsabilités

• Technical scoping: break broad policy questions into answerable technical questions.
• Evidence gathering: draft and review technical questions for RFIs, hearings and stakeholder engagement.
• Technical analysis: review product documentation and submissions to assess technology operations.
• Intervention design: assess feasibility, dependencies, safeguards and circumvention routes.
• Drafting: prepare technical sections for internal papers and decision-making material.
• Stakeholder engagement: support meetings with firms, developers, customers and authorities.
• Assurance and review: provide peer review of technical analysis and ensure caveats survive drafting.
