Responsibilities

• Diagnose current state including pain points and dependencies across people, process, data and technology.
• Define future-state blueprint and determine how automation and emerging tech fit the operating model.
• Identify quick wins and prioritise opportunities by value, feasibility, risk and dependencies.
• Develop an implementation roadmap and dependency view with a structured backlog.
• Enable organisational capability by pairing external specialists with internal teams and capturing lessons learned.
