Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking a Tablet Support Engineer (SC Cleared) to manage tablet deployment and support across the organisation. The role focuses on Intune-based device management, asset tracking, and end-user assistance.

Ideal candidates will have L1 support experience, familiarity with Microsoft 365/Azure AD, and experience with enterprise tablet deployment programs. SC clearance or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and managing mobile devices with Intune.
• Experience with asset management, CMDB updates and stock control.
• Strong first-line support, troubleshooting and customer service.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support tablet devices through Intune including enrolment and policy deployment.
• Provide Level 1 operational support for incidents and requests.
• Maintain asset records in the CMDB and track stock movements.
• Support device lifecycle activities and end-user onboarding.
