Job summary

Specialist Computer Centres PLC in Leiston is seeking an experienced EUC Support Engineer (SC Cleared) to support a large Android tablet deployment using Microsoft Intune. The role is a 3-month contract and onsite at Leiston, with day rate of £250 via Umbrella.

You will manage, deploy and support tablets, maintain CMDB records, and contribute to service improvements, requiring active SC clearance and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance required.
• Experience with Android devices through Microsoft Intune.
• Knowledge of MDM and device lifecycle management.
• Strong first-line support and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with asset management, inventory tracking and CMDB updates.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and ITIL processes desirable.

Responsibilities

EUC Support Engineer (SC Cleared) - £250/day via Umbrella - 3 Month Contract - Leiston - Onsite - SCC Flex Contract

We are seeking an experienced EUC Support Engineer (SC Cleared) with Microsoft Intune experience to support a large-scale Android tablet deployment and device management programme.

Your responsibilities as the EUC Support Engineer:

• Manage, configure and deploy Android tablets using Microsoft Intune.
• Provide first-line support for device, application and connectivity issues.
• Support device life cycle activities including provisioning, refreshes, replacements and decommissioning.
• Prepare, test and issue devices to end users.
• Maintain accurate asset, inventory and CMDB records.
• Support onboarding, floor-walking and rollout activities.
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to service improvements.

As a successful EUC Support Engineer, you will have:

• Active SC Clearance.
• Experience supporting Android devices through Microsoft Intune.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and device life cycle management.
• Strong first-line support and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with asset management, inventory tracking and CMDB updates.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and ITIL processes is desirable.
