Entech Technical Solutions Limited in Manchester is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a global defence client. You will design and develop mission-critical software infrastructure and contribute directly to the codebase while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires experience in backend (Java, Spring Boot, Maven, Python) or frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, npm), CI/CD, containers, cloud platforms, and SQL/NoSQL. A current SC clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in backend or frontend software development.
• Experience with CI/CD, containers and cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Must hold current SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mission-critical software infrastructure for UK National Security.
