Job summary

Entech Technical Solutions Limited in Manchester is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join a global defence client. You will design and develop mission-critical software infrastructure and mentor junior engineers in a hybrid role with a compressed fortnights schedule.

The position requires senior expertise in Java/Spring Boot or JavaScript/TypeScript/React, with CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud experience, plus knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and current SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Backend (Java, Spring Boot, Maven, Python) or Frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, npm) software development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, containerisation, and cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL technologies.
• Must hold current SC clearance.
