Methods Business and Digital Technology is seeking an experienced Senior OpenShift Platform Engineer to support and modernise enterprise container platforms hosting business-critical applications within a secure defence environment.
The role focuses on OpenShift platform support, container management, deployment automation, and vulnerability remediation across on-premise, hosted and regulated infrastructure with a hybrid model and two on-site days per week in Bristol or Milton Keynes.
We are seeking an experienced Senior OpenShift Platform Engineer to support and modernise enterprise container platforms hosting business-critical applications within a secure defence environment.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on OpenShift platform support, container management, deployment automation, runtime engineering, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, operational resilience and technical troubleshooting.
The successful candidate will work closely with client and supplier teams to assess existing environments, resolve technical issues, improve operational stability and support future platform evolution. The role is expected to involve a mixture of on-premise, hosted and secure infrastructure environments rather than purely public cloud platforms.
