SR2 REC LTD in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior IT Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager to support a major government technology environment. You will own the delivery and ongoing management of live IT services, working across internal teams, suppliers and technical stakeholders to keep services stable, secure and well governed.
Responsibilities include day‑to‑day service delivery, incident, problem and change management, service improvements, and regular service reviews
Qualifications
- Active SC clearance required.
- Senior IT Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager experience in a complex tech environment.
- Strong grasp of incident, problem, change and continual service improvement processes.
Responsabilités
- Own the day-to-day delivery and performance of live IT services.
- Coordinate incident, problem, change and service improvement activity.
- Lead regular service reviews with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Support major incident management and follow-up/root cause analysis.
- Manage dependencies across multiple suppliers and technical teams.
- Support the transition of new or changed services into live operations.
